The current site is a product preview. There are no live orders, charges, download entitlements or paid delivery promises.

Planned delivery

After checkout opens, an authorized payment will create a download entitlement and send a protected link by email. The package will contain the files listed on the product page. Link expiry, recovery steps and the support contact will be stated before purchase.

Planned issue resolution

When sales open, contact zzou within 14 days of purchase for duplicate charges, files that cannot be opened, missing files or a product materially different from its description. Include the product name, order reference and a description of the issue through our contact form; never send card details. We will first help restore the correct files and provide a refund where the issue cannot be resolved. Duplicate charges will be refunded. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Please review the sample and software requirements before a future purchase. Change-of-mind requests after downloading will be assessed individually; mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of this policy. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. No refund request can arise from the current site because purchases are not accepted.
